1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Romanr Mnov website at romanrmnov.com and to every game on it (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. By entering the website, creating an account or playing a game you confirm that you meet both conditions. If you are under 18, or outside the UK, you must not use the Service.

3. Free social play only

• Romanr Mnov is a free-to-play social casino. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy and no way to pay.
• Virtual coins, levels and any other in-game items have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods or prizes.
• Success in a free game does not mean you would be successful at real-money gambling.

4. Your account

You can play our games without an account. If you create one you must give accurate details, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You may have one account only. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account page.

5. Daily bonus and levels

Accounts receive virtual welcome coins and may collect a free daily bonus once every 24 hours. Levels grow with xp earned from the daily bonus and from opening games. We may change, pause or reset these features, and the amounts involved, at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use bots, scripts or tools to interfere with the Service; try to gain access to other people’s accounts or to our systems; look for or exploit weaknesses; copy, scrape or resell the games or content; upload anything unlawful; or use the Service in a way that harms other people or us.

7. Our games and content

The games, artwork, text, logos and code on the Service belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the games for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer them.

8. Availability

We work to keep the Service running but can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may change, suspend or remove any game or feature at any time.

9. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, the Service is free and provided “as is”, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for loss of virtual coins, levels or progress.

10. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the Service or other players. You can ask for a break, a restriction or deletion at any time through Player Care.

11. Responsible play

Please play in moderation and take regular breaks. Help is available at Responsible Play.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
